It has a marvellous and incredible position in a pretty nice area. Staff are very very helpful, know what the customer wants.

the place is near the river and the city center. the rooms are new-fashioned and budget, plus there is a balcony, a kitchenette area, and free wifi.

Fairly clean apartment with nice balcony and setting close enough to city centre. Perfect place to stay not far from a supermarket, bus or tram to Basel Sbb and restaurant, cafe, convenient store and super market. Easy check in. Nice to have central heating and television available...

incredible location adjacent to the city center, a supermarket, and the room was cheap. everything was simply perfect. staff were amazing entire duration of my stay. appreciated the automated check-in too. try restaurant cafe gellert within 20 minutes walk for tea and goodies.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with TV and a cozy bed. the location was very convenient, with public transport nearby and the city center just a short walk away alongside the beautiful riverside. the apartment had a nice balcony overlooking a quiet inner courtyard, which was a great place to relax.

There was a lack of basic amenities in the apartment, such as a kitchen towel, oil, salt, and pepper. It would have been nice to have those provided, as well as dishwasher tablets.

We got great value for our money and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was fantastic, close to the Rhine River and within walking distance of the historical old town. The staff treated us well and made our stay enjoyable.

Loved the convenient key box where I fumbled for ages trying to figure out the access code. The BaselCard they gave me was so useful that I accidentally left it behind when I checked out.

They forgot to mention that the hotel comes with a free game of hide and seek - trying to find the apartment number in the instructions was a challenge!

I recently stayed at a cozy hotel in Basel for a few nights. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful Rhine River promenade and within reasonable distance of the historical old town. The hotel provided nice amenities, including a handy little fridge in the room. I also appreciated the four Swiss outlets or room for two converted outlets, making it easy to charge our devices. Additionally, the hotel offered mobility tickets for free travel on public transport, which was very convenient.
